DHL Western Province were crowned champions of the SA Rugby Under-21 Cup after finishing the season on a perfect note, winning all seven their matches. The Capetonians beat the Fidelity ADT Lions in the Final in Cape Town. In 2022, the Vodacom Bulls won the competition. The other teams who participated in 2023 were the Toyota Cheetahs, Leopards and Hollywoodbets Sharks.
